Returning/Exchanging Online Purchases In Stores

To return/exchange your online order at any of our stores, please bring:

1. Your receipt (printed or on your mobile device)
2. The item(s) you're returning/exchanging
3. The credit card or payment method used for the order

Note:
- Must be an item from Vianna Babykids
- Must not have any signs of wear or damage.
- If a return does not meet our requirements, we reserve the right to refuse the return without providing a refund.
- Please be sure to bring the above information.
Returning Online Purchases By Mail

To return your online order by mail:
​
1. Print your receipt.
2. Place the item(s) you're returning along with the receipt in a box and seal it securely.
3. Mail your package via the carrier of your choice to:

Note: All costs associated with your return are your responsibility. We suggest you obtain a tracking number and insurance as we are not responsible for lost packages. We cannot refund original or return shipping charges. The refund will be issued once we receive and verify the items. Additional return by mail requirements:

Exchanging Online Purchases By Mail Unfortunately, exchanges cannot be processed through the mail. If you are not near a store and would like an exchange, you can return the original item by mail for a refund, and then place a new order for the item you need.
